		<description>It does seem a bit too convenient to be coincidence - if it was a casualty through a genuine emergency, I'd be thanking divine intervention!  Not sure what the practicalities of re-registering a ship under those circumstances would be, though - I'd like to think it shouldn't be that easy.</description>
